Returns & Refunds

Change of mind

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if you've changed your mind or the fit isn't right.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached and in original condition. We can't accept items that have been used, damaged, or altered.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service — we can't process a return we don't receive.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, email us and we'll organise it. Exchanges are subject to availability. If we don't have your size in stock, we'll refund you in full instead.

We'll cover postage on sending your replacement out. You cover the cost of sending the original back.

Please post the original item back before we send the replacement, so we can confirm the size is available.

Swimwear

For hygiene reasons, swim briefs can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind once the hygiene seal is removed or the item has been worn. This doesn't affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll sort it out — repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the fault. We'll cover return postage in these cases.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to start a return

Email [your email] with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll reply with return instructions and the postal address.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 5–10 business days to appear.

Original shipping charges aren't refunded on change-of-mind returns.
