These terms apply to your use of versoau.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "Verso" means VERSO.AU ABN: 18277918374.

Eligibility

You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a legal contract to order from us. If you're under 18, you can order with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Products

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and there may be minor variation between items — this is normal for small-run apparel and isn't a fault.

Sizing information is a guide. Measurements can vary slightly between garments.

Stock is limited. Listing a product isn't a guarantee it's available, and we may limit quantities per order or per customer.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and [include GST / are not subject to GST — confirm before publishing].

We can change prices at any time without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. Your order isn't confirmed until payment clears.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the error. We'll let you know if that happens.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your order, not when you pay.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, we can't verify your details, we suspect fraud, or there's been a pricing error. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within Australia via Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not responsible for carrier delays.

It's your responsibility to give us a correct delivery address. We can't redirect a parcel once it's lodged, and we're not liable for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Risk passes to you on delivery.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — the Verso name and logo, product designs, photography, text and layout — belongs to us or is used with permission. You can't copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, don't attempt to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access, and don't use it to send spam or harvest data.

Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Our liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last changed. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in place when you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state.
